Confidence Equals Beauty

Confidence, Equals Beauty
Are you a person who has a feeling of perfection and admiration?

If so, you are indeed a person with beauty. A sense of perfection defies beauty. Socially speaking, people admire beauty. It is an attribute of the person, place, object, animal, and idea that gives a feeling of pleasure. Sometimes, it is not just a personal feeling of pleasure within the personals point of view, but it is also a feeling perceive by the person on the other individual or entity. The place is really awesome!, She has lovely, red shoes, and I have a perfect view of the beaches are just some of the many statements showing a feeling of beauty and perception towards another entity.

  • How about you?
  • Have you witnessed a true beauty?
  • How do you differentiate beauty versus ugliness?

While beauty signals perfection and a feeling of goodness, ugliness is a feeling of being offensive. Thus, ugliness represents unattractiveness. Nobody wants to be ugly, neither do I or you want to be in the situation. Some studies showed that 10 to 15 percent each year suffer from job discrimination due to ugliness or physical attributes. This is a sad but true philosophy that still exists nowadays. These people are less likely to get the job they wanted and are unable to seek legal actions to fight this form of discrimination.

  • How do we combat ugliness?

For my own point of view, a person is born to have physical beauty. He may have a flat nose, but he could have a bright and sparkling eyes. With that being said, that individual should be able to carry his or her physical attributes with pride and confidence. Beauty is something that can be change. It can be modified by placing some touches of great self-esteem to be confident on anything that you do. Say for example, a model may have short and stout legs, but she or he can carry it well by walking through the aisle with confidence, grace, and beauty. It is true that there is still no yet legal action to take when it comes to job discrimination for beauty, but you can actually change it. For any job interview, you can present yourself well by looking good (e.g. well-grooming, formal look and fresh look). You can add spice to your application by coming to the job interview with confidence. Thus, attracting your employers that you are indeed a person rightful for the job no matter what physical unattractiveness you may have. Ugliness can be hidden but your true colors will surely come out. Learn to be thankful of what you have. Carry it with pride, and you should be able to combat any social discrimination.
